CENTER FOR
ARTFUL

INTENTION
The universe is not outside of you. Look inside yourself; everything that you want, you already are." - Rumi

OUR APPROACH
The Center for Artful Intention provides counseling and art therapy from experienced therapists with expertise in mental health issues that affect youth, adolescents, adults, and families.
We use a holistic approach with individuals, couples, and families, and often collaborate with multiple family members, matching them with one of our unique therapists to contribute to the growth of each person and family.
We support you in developing a greater understanding of yourself and those around you, working with you step-by-step to foster healthier communication and behavioral practices.

ART THERAPY
Art therapy uses the creative process to deepen insight, communicate ideas, foster connection, and create change in client’s lives.
Art therapy can look different for everyone, from working with clients who already have an art practice and exploring their work in therapy, to working collaboratively to support clients who have less experience and struggle with where to start.
Even when not making art, we use a creative approach to think through challenges and strategize solutions using metaphor, visualization, and imagination.
At Center for Artful Intention, we work creatively with you to build a more rewarding connection to yourself, family, and loved ones through positive change.
